I am so excited to announce a special event that will be starting at Reno's East in East Lansing. The Kathy Ford Band along with Marshall Music and Reno's will be sponsoring a talent contest. The first place winner will win a beautiful Washburn acoustic guitar from Marshall Music, second and third place prizes have not been announced yet but I am sure they will be really cool. Each weekly winner will receive a gift certificate from Reno's. This contest will be for 6 weeks and the 7th week we will bring back 6 week winners and determine the winners. Each week on a Wednesday night starting April 13th the person who gets the most applause will win. So bring people out to support you. We are moving our sit in with the band night to Reno's East April 13th but will continue to be at Reno's North until the end of March. We always start at 7:30 and everyone is welcome even if you are not going to participate in the contest.
